The problem of get-refusal and its dire consequences is well recognized. Less well-known is the extent of acceptance, amongst the rabbinical world, of prenuptial agreements designed to prevent this phenomenon. The following presentation of a number of relevant responsa, dating from the mid-20th century to the present, offers direct access to information and sources which have, to date, been largely concealed from the public eye or ignored.
